Anamika graduated in Bachelor of Science. She is an honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program from ICT Kikkawa College, Toronto.

She is registered in good standing with College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).

She is skillful in providing massage services to clients utilizing safe, appropriate and helpful assessment & massage techniques. She develops effective treatment plans. Her skills include Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial techniques as well as Foot reflexology.

She is constantly updating her education and enhancing her skills. As part of her continuing education she has finished courses in Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage & Cupping.

Besides massage, Anamika has a Yoga certification that enhances the remedial value of her massage skills. She has also been actively involved in outreaches & education on health issues to further community wellness.
