From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and professional. Jean took the time to understand my specific needs and created a personalized treatment plan that made a significant difference to my shoulder and strengthening my PF muscles . I used PhysioON services recently after a partial ligament tear in my left knee. I had never used physio before and was nervous to go in. But from my first appointment with Jean, I found her to be very professional and knowledgeable. She reviewed all my X-rays, ultrasound, and MRI scans and built a weekly plan for me, guiding me step by step on what muscles we are trying to fix and how different muscle groups work in conjunction to get quick results. Thank you for helping me get back to my normal routine! I could not be happier with the service received and would highly recommend using them!

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about this clinic!!!! The best care, service and I really appreciate Abida for the physio treatment I receive from her!! She is so knowledged, professional and friendly. Sana at the front desk is always so welcoming when you walk into the clinic. My appointments are booked right away with an email sent to you, along with a reminder email closer to your appointment date. I don't live around the clinic but totally worth the commute out there! I now have my husband and son going as well! Definitely would recommend this facility to anyone who's looking for a physiotherapy clinic! They provide other services as well (massage, acupuncture etc)

I’ve had such a great experience at PhysioON!I was referred to here by my knee surgeon back in April and it’s been going great. Mrs. Jean Thomas is wonderful and has my knee feeling better and better each visit and even fixed my lower back pain as well. Definitely recommend :)

I am undergoing physiotherapy after my knee arthroscopy. Physiotherapist Abida is excellent in terms of knowledge and experience. The clinic is even open on weekends. I would recommend this place.

The clinic is new in town but not new in services. The professionals excel in their field and offer great healing. Ms Jean Thomas assisted me in my recovery of knee issue and offered wholistic treatment for my lower back and calf muscles to improve my knee condition. Her guidance has helped me improve my condition and would recommend her 100%.

I would recommend Anamika, the massage therapist at PhysioON. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and a good professional. The place is clean and upscaled. I am glad that I can get weekend appointments as well.

So glad that Ms. Abida is offering physiotherapy sessions in Milton. I had a massage session today in her clinic with Ms. Anamika, it was super relaxing. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. They also offer direct billing which is very convenient.

I am getting physio for my knee pain there. Ms. Abida is super nice and very competent physiotherapist. I’m feeling so much better after taking some physiotherapy sessions with her. I highly recommend her.I also have booked my massage appointment with them. Glad to have a good physio and massage clinic near to my home🤩

Physio therapist Jean Thomas is super friendly and knowledgeable. I am getting better after her treatment. The time is very flexible as I work weekdays, so I can either visit here in the early morning before I start to work or in the evening after I finish my work and even on the weekends. This place is very clean too. I would recommend this place.
