Whether or not it is okay to do physiotherapy every day depends on your individual circumstances. - Your overall health and fitness level: If you are generally healthy and fit, you may be able to tolerate more physiotherapy than someone who is not.

Here are some signs that you may be overdoing physiotherapy:
- Increased pain: If you are experiencing more pain after doing physiotherapy than you were before, it is a sign that you may be overdoing it.
- Swelling or redness: If you notice any swelling or redness in the area that you are doing physiotherapy on, it is a sign that you may be irritating the tissue.
- Decreased range of motion: If you notice that your range of motion is decreasing after doing physiotherapy, it is a sign that you may be putting too much stress on the area.
